All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your mpp888 account within 1–5 minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to delays from the payment provider. mpp888 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment services or banking institutions.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. mpp888 does not permit third-party withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method used and whether your account has completed KYC verification.
You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement for deposits). This is an anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all deposits, with or without bonus claims.
mpp888 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond the third may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 10.000, whichever is greater. Payment providers (banks, e-wallet services) may apply their own transfer fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.
mpp888 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to cooperate with AML requests may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Once a bet is confirmed in your account history, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled or modified by the Player.
Odds displayed on the mpp888 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds shown in your bet slip at the time you confirm your wager are the odds that will apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent changes.
If a sports event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official rules of the sport and the specific market. In most cases, bets on canceled events are voided and stakes refunded. For live betting, bets placed before the cancellation will stand if the event is completed at a later date within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48–72 hours).
All bet settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant sports federation, league, or governing body. In the case of disputes, mpp888's decision is final unless manifestly erroneous. Players have 14 days from the settlement date to raise a dispute via our support team.
mpp888 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, events, or players. Maximum payout amounts vary by sport and market but are typically capped at Rp 500.000.000 per individual bet and Rp 2.000.000.000 per calendar month per account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpp888 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, technical malfunctions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events, internet outages, cyber-attacks).
The mpp888 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. You use the Platform at your own risk.
mpp888 is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content, including but not limited to sports statistics, live scores, game outcomes, or streaming feeds provided by external data providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mpp888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the mpp888 service, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, you may escalate the matter to our compliance department. All escalation requests must be submitted in writing via email, including a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution.
The decision of mpp888's management on all disputes is final and binding. If you do not accept our final decision, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. mpp888 is not responsible for unclaimed funds left in closed accounts after 90 days.
mpp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of involuntary closure, we will return your deposited funds (minus any disputed amounts), but we reserve the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings obtained through breach of these Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. mpp888 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mpp888 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Players residing in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions and agree to use the Platform at their own risk and discretion.
